The hogs enjoy a tasty treat of fresh fruit and veggie scraps!
The hogs enjoy pasture forage, a nutritionally complete ration, and all the
fresh fruit and veggie scraps we can find for them. They love apple pulp from our cider pressing in the fall, which makes them even tastier as well!

When possible the hens have access to plenty of open spaces to 
pick at the bugs and grass. In the winter we supplement their feed
with greens and other vegetables from our greenhouse and root cellar.

We generally provide weekly pick-up options either on-farm or at a Duluth drop site. Egg shares are offered quarterly and our next sign up time will be in March 2014 for pick-up's that start in April. Contact us if you'd like to get on the spring 2014 waiting list.

We are now taking pre-orders for 2014 poultry.
